Anna has dedicated herself to building a flamenco community wherever she goes. Whether she is teaching flamenco, modern, percussive dance, creative movement or yoga she creates an accepting and safe place for her students to learn and grow. Her passion, knowledge and talent for flamenco is contagious. Those who engage with her are inspired to delve into the adventure of flamenco and the path to connecting with themselves and others through unearthing their unique creativity, confidence, and truths.
Authenticity
Anna believes that flamenco is not only an art form but also a practice that can teach us how to be courageous and vulnerable. When we acknowledge and honor our vulnerability it gives us the courage to accept it in others. Anna teaches flamenco as a practice just as she teaches yoga. Anna loves teaching dancers of all experience levels because flamenco is truly for everyone. No matter what your experience level may be, your truth and dance is valuable and important. We are all at a different stage in our process and flamenco demands authenticity--- the speed and complexity of the steps isn’t the real challenge. The real challenge is connecting with your authentic self and unearthing YOUR flamenco.

Anna has lived on three continents and in over five countries. She brings all the flavors and cultures of these places into her art. Anna has been dancing snce she was four years old. She has performed professionally since the age of fifteen. Her life has been dance, travel, art, flamenco. Anna is the perfect guide for anyone who is curious about the mysteries of flamenco.
